EDUCATION Opportunities

I schedule public classes, open to all, on various topics of interest in the field of increased wellness and improved life experience. I would be happy to discuss scheduling classes within your organization, tailored to your needs. Please contact me for more information. Classes are available in various configurations (length and frequency.) Some possible education topics include:

  • Relationship Enrichment, aimed at decreasing frustration and improving connection between partners.
  • Communication and conflict resolution, whether at work or at home.
  • Anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress reduction.
  • Loss, grief, and healing.
Examples of completed classes include five-week series of Relationship Reconnections classes at Ashland's First Presbyterian Church and at Medford's First United Methodist Church in Fall 2008 (see results here.)

Teaching Experience

In addition to classes around the Rogue Valley, I have taught numerous couples/relationship classes in the Portland metro area under the Federal "Healthy Marriages" program. I am an Adjunct Faculty member both of Southern Oregon University and of Marylhurst University, where I teach psychology. For some client feedback, please see the Testimonials page.
